Our appointment slots are few in number, so cancellations or changes of appointments will inconvenience others. Please make appointments so that cancellations and changes are minimized.

Repeated cancellations or changes of appointments may result in denial of the appointment.

Cancellation on the day of the event will incur a cancellation fee of 6,000 yen, except for bereavement, illness, weather, traffic, or special reasons.

Reservations may also be denied in the following cases.

・If the acupuncturist determines that the patient has no intention of improving his/her symptoms.

・If, despite serious symptoms, there is an interval of more than 3 weeks between appointments and it is difficult to provide changes and improvements to the body, etc.
